Account locked suspected as stolen

Hi guys, I just purchased a fresh proxy and created two brand new Old School RS accounts, I loaded OSBot logged into the accounts manually and tried to complete tutorial island not even 5 minutes into playing (manually) I am disconnected from the game when I attempt to sign in I get an error saying the account was locked suspected as stolen.

Does anybody know why I'm encountering this issue?

i'm pretty sure if the accounts created on a proxy there's a decent chance it'll get flagged, at least the same thing has happened to me, at this point i assume its luck of the draw ;/. Having said that i'm not the most experienced but this is just my opinion

@Jyn Create an account on the proxy, use proxifier to proxy the official runescape client, then do tutorial island and see if it locks. If it locks then it's the proxy.

I'm not familiar with Proxifier I wouldn't have a clue how to do that. @Gunman
