Customer left negative feedback says we didn't refund...

Hi,

I am requesting to have the recent customer feedback left by sticky jack removed. As per our terms and conditions we do require ID from certain customers. He had trouble complying with our request so we issued him a refund. He claims we didn't but this is untrue as we refund all customers who fail to comply with our policies.
