I have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling java. I have also tried to use the .bat to run osbot for me, still no luck. I can provide screenshots of my java version if needed.

Uninstall ALL Java versions, restart your pc, install Java 8 (no other java version will work with osbot), restart your pc again and try again. Running a .bat wont make a difference if you don't have the right version installed.
