did you reload the webpage in a new tab/window?

yes i did, i refreshed and still not able to make accounts its giving me an error code 15

Try using different browser, if that doesn't help try using different proxy

Found that post regarding error code 15. I don't believe there is a solution, at least from what I was looking at, but it's a shared problem. I'd try to use another proxy, I believe Jagex locks you out from creating new ones after 5 or 6 new accounts?

yeah. They have a cap at how many accs per hour you can create under a certain timespan.

so now i tried using a different proxy (free) just for testing purposes; I tried using it but now osbot was telling me that needs to be updated? Im running into so many issues now
