updated my Mac laptop last night now I cannot run osbot. when I try open it comes up with error invalid java version. "you are currently running version 15.0.1 of java, which is unsupported.

I have tried downloading older versions of java and uninstalling the newer version and nothing will make this pop up stop.

uninstall all java versions, reset your pc, install java 8 see if that works. Sometimes you need to reset your pc before it will acknowledge the change

I tried that multiple times and tried it uninstalling and re installing multiple types of java. older ones and newer ones but always java 8.

Have you tried forcing the java version through Terminal?

Unsure if you need to surround the directories with quotation marks on MacOS.

tried this too. did not work. not sure if it has something to do with apple's most recent update?
