OSRS will move to C++ probably next year when it hits Steam, won't that kill of OSBot?

Since every single OSRS botting client is made for Java, won't C++ basically kill it? We still don't have a well-made RS3 bot ever since it was remade in C++.

No, this won’t kill osrs botting or OSBot.

Jagex will not be removing the java client.

I cannot see Jagex removing the java client unless they developed a client that was at least on par with runelite and the odds of that happening are slim.

With the current information that is being pushed out about the sort of runelite updates on the steam client and eventually for mobile do you still have the same opinion about this?

Could it be that jagex will make a sort of runelite client through steam and then drop the java client if it is succesfull enough and attracts enough new/old organic players?
