Can you please explain your side of the story, why you blocked L30N on discord, why the account was recovered in august and again now (27/11/2020)

User (@Ray Reddington) has failed to reply to the dispute and has been banned. If he wishes to return he will have to reimburse @L30Nthe amount he paid for the account + any wealth & levels gained (Which will require L30N providing proof of wealth on the account as well as the levels he has gained). He may also return the account but it is down to L30N as to which road he wants to go down.

Given that the user has not been online since 20/11/2020 and he blocked L30N on discord, I think it's safe to assume that he has done this intentionally. I'm sorry for your loss.
