If you try to attach a mirror client to the osrs client after having another mirror client open for a while why does a new mirror client decide to attach to the other mirror client?

This only happens when the first Mirror Mode client has been open for a awhile before starting the second one.

I currently use 8 Mirror Mode clients on the 1 PC and this is how I do it.

Open all 8 official clients immediately
Open all 8 instances of Osbot and select Mirror Mode
Individually load each of the 8 accounts.

So long as you are quick in the process f doing all 3 of those steps, the Mirror Mode client will find individual official clients to hook to

I hate it with a passion, too add 1 new bot account I would have to close all my previous accounts to reopen and make work again. 

Just use sandboxie and if you wanna proxy them combined sandboxie with proxifier

How would you do this? You open a oldschool client in sandboxie, as well as a mirror OSBOT?

Waw thats insane. Do you know, is this the same load on your PC as 16 clients in injection?

I would say so, you can definitely run a lot more injection than you can MM
