Thanks for the offer but declined. This service was already preformed through Parsec for not much more than your quote. The reason for parsec is because I am not going to risk someone changing the accounts name.

Right, and everybody is trustworthy till they're not. I've been offered a blue phat on rs3 for the name, I'm not risking it. I'll keep paying extra to have the services done through parsec.
