How to unban my account

Featured Replies

so i wrote to jagex and they didn't unlock my account, what should i do? I've written to them about 2 times and haven't responded in 2 months. How do I unlock my account? I really need the account that was botted in February this year because of a bot.

Sorry mate, it's unlikely you will get your account back.

I suggest you put that energy into building a new one. Improve your botting technique so you last longer.

Give it about 5+ years and you will be able to get your account un banned.

I do not understand this, which was removed from my account in 2017, was unlocked today. however, my main account, which has been banned for half a year, will not be unbanned.

help please

The only ways to get a response from them that I know of are through email, through twitter, or through reddit. Harder to get their attention on twitter or reddit though unless the post gets alot of attention
