Been botting for a week so far.. No ban yet. Wondering if I will get by with doing what i'm doing or if I should have been banned already if I was going to get banned?

Summer vacation for Jagex. Being able to bot for prolonged periods is standard around summer and Christmas time. Just assume you will be banned in a week or 2 weeks time and enjoy it while it lasts.

I remember being able to bot on the same accounts for weeks in those periods.

They still have dedicated mods to ban users just not as many.
