What are restrictions for level 3 mem acc?

So i havent bot farm long time, is there any new restriction for level 3 member accounts about trade? thanks for info, and if it is,what is the bypasss

no restrictions on mems

Only restrictions for fresh lvl 3's are stats, qp's, diarys, etc

No trade restrictions or anything, the only anti botting restriction is that you can not go to bounty worlds without i believe 300 total and 40 hours gameplay time or something
