Explanation: Got 39-84 agility on a near maxed pure, was banned a day or so later, he offered to refund and work on the other account but hasnt done anything and has been delaying.

Evidence: Hidden for staff.

I've asked @rschoutens to reply here. They have 24 hours to do so or they will be banned.
