If the world was all at war Earth would be destroyed by Nuclear arsenal.

This question is highly ambiguous. Do you mean all countries fighting each other? Do you mean all allied countries fighting together? Can there be neutrality (a world war does not necessarily mean all countries are fighting)? - surely this would mean the neutral countries are the true winners, right? Does the war allow the use of WMDs? What is classified as a win? The entire population of a country being wiped out? The destruction of a countries military only? When the vast majority of the country is captured and the enemy military forces are depleted but not necessarily destroyed? I could just keep going with this.... You should give more detail..

I think China would win, or Korea. If those team up...

Nobody would truly "win" in a modern war setting, it would just end in total devastation.

One aggressive nation, such as USA or Russia, would start it off by invading another country (most likely for economic gains, much like what we are seeing with Syria). Then retaliation from the allied nations of the victim would come in, until it got to a nuclear level.

Once the first nuke is dropped, then there is no stopping the rest of them from coming.

I think everyone would lose.

Assuming we play fair, no bio weapons or nuclear weapons, I would say one of the big countries: USA, Germany, France, or UK.

I live in US, but I think any side that has China is most likely to win. They just got too many dam people. And if it comes to numbers or a cold war their going to have an upper hand since almost everything comes from China lol.
