That's a datacenter proxy, if you're wanting to bot tutorial island, I would recommend looking into residential proxies.

However, residential proxies can be quite expensive, so you're better off just buying tutorial completed accounts from another botter, as these accounts are quite cheap!

Tutorial bans are difficult to avoid. Just because the proxy is "fresh" to you, doesn't mean it hasn't been abused by someone else previously.

Yes but for the most part, residentials are, only in slim cases are they cheap.
