How much do reports do?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was selling dragon bones and hides at varrock bank and 2 kids followed me and reported me for botting. I'm worried this account will get banned as it has a whip on it. How much do reports really matter? should i be worried?

Thanks

Im pretty sure reports doesnt do shit, jagex gets so many reports

If you weren't botting then none. Reports only screenshot the last 60 seconds of your activity, however macroing in mass from different people over certain periods of time from the same areas / you're doing the same task can result in your account being flagged I believe. Or that's bullshit to try and scare you from Jagex.

Where exactly did you hear this?

From what I've heard getting reported for macroing is pretty dangerous and often leads to ban.

I wouldn't bot on the account for a couple of weeks, and even play legit/do some quests etc for a while before attempting to bot again on the account.

if you are scared of being banned than don't bot on your main or an account you care about.

Dont worry and also like Gh0st said, don't bot an account you dont want to lose.

The amount of times I've come back to check on one of my accounts and finding some idiots in the chat saying "lol, hes a bot. Reported!" is too high to keep track of.

But I've never been banned. *knock on wood*

So probably, they don't do shit.

Don't worry, they was just being assholes.

PLay legit for a couple days you'll be fine bro!

Well, I have been reported many times while i was botting, but never did got banned.

I don't know how high chance you might get banned, but be careful and stop botting for a few days.
