Im not using any proxies or mirror mode … and im getting this error? any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

Here's a list of possible reasons

  1. Running a VPN
  2. Using proxifier
  3. Broken proxies
  4. Messing around with wireshark
  5. Living in a country where runescape is illegal
  6. Not being aware of some network settings that you set in the past
  7. Running inside a virtual machine/container/server/sandbox and not being aware of the network settings
