I just barely made an account on here and when I try to check out the scripts it says that I'm banned. Why is this?

I run into this issue a lot when using my phone to browse the forums. I'm assuming people have been ban evading using their phones and have also had the phone IP banned/blacklisted. If you are using your phone knock it into aeroplane mode for a few seconds then off again. It'll assign you a new IP and you should be fine to continue browsing. (assuming you are using a phone on mobile data)

As @Space noted this happens on occasion especially on mobile networks, I would try as he suggested to get a new IP and a different browser if that doesn't help
