How to get around the 'could not load advertising' restriction which prevents me from opening more than two runescape clients?

Assuming you’re on windows, pin the old school client to your task bar and spam click it open. This will load multiple instances at once and should by-pass this.

It's a jagex problem, not osbot

I suggest you look into sandbox or farmaton
