i've been gold farming a few accounts/leveling my main at the same time for over a month.. imo it comes down to two things 95% of the time:

 

1.  wrong place wrong time, mutual ban

2.  running a script with high ban rate/poor anti ban

rock crabs and fishing are both really high ban rates i think i would suggest staying away from them for a wile like a week or 2
