Most if not all the info presented in this video is misleading; the "bot" is just a AHK script using color on Bluestacks (an android emulator that runs on Windows).

EDIT: and it's definitely not almost no bans, since the video released Jagex started banning them much more

The bans are higher, I've used it and even spent 50 on a bot which got me banned in four hours...

After watching this video I checked out that client. The developers themselves, on the website and discord, say to only bot 2-3 hours a day to not get banned. That video is complete bs

Meh, it is too pricey too. And according to the comments above I wouldn't pay for it nor use it. In my experience OSBot is good when using mirror mode and GOOD scripts. Right now I'm getting 53 fishing and 50 mining and 36 woodcutting LEGIT because I know I will probably get banned by using a script on here, excluding premium scripts. The lowest banrate scripts on this website are currently NMZ and Magic in my experience. The APA cooking script and that herblore script seem good too, but I didn't try those yet.
