You can get banned for using plugins that aren't permitted to be there. Chances are you and your luck, honestly.

Your account wont get stolen though.

I've never had issues using the Runelite+ plugins like Zulrah helper. However, please make sure you download runelite plus from the correct site, which is

The official runelite cilent(the one you linked) does not contain the zulrah helper, only the runelite plus version.

It has more plugins. check the website, its a fork of the runelite client with more plugins

If you feel worried about using the zulrah helper on RL+ or using RL+ at all (like me I don't trust it with my end game account) then use https://web.archive.org/web/20180224034652/http://www.zulrahguide.com/

been using runelite+ for some time but the only plugin i use thats not on runelite is slayer tracker.

Like i stated i've had no issues with it in terms of account security or bans.
