got closed and I didn't get a refund.

And today I opened up my email inbox and see a vip payment renewal, you have to be kidding.

 

Can you just refund me ?

no comment, I have canceled it but I still have to get my refund.

You need to cancel renewals through Paypal. I don't see you being offered a refund on the thread, and as the product works fine, you're not necessarily guaranteed one. It'd be at the discretion of the admins.

Yet you never made a refund topic explaining your situation, so please do so!

Also you aren't getting a refund we have a lot of vips and everything works. You couldn't follow simple instructions to even post in the right section when you originally made your post too.

We also don't cancel your recurring membership, that is your responsibility as an adult to handle your finances.
