I botted for just two hours making fire runes and I got banned.

I botted for 5 hours mining rune essence on a diff account and it wasnt affected at all.

What gives.

Was the account f2p? Because typically accounts that aren't p2p don't usually last long. And the other account could be detected or under review and has yet to receive a ban and may receive one later. 

the one that got banned was p2p and the one that stayed  was f2p.

What is the best way to bot RC and not get banned? Is it because i used one of the free scripts?

The one that isn't banned may be banned later, bans don't always come instantly.

The best way would be to get a private or a premium script, free scripts are used a lot & don't always work in the best way so fairly "easy" to detect on low level accounts.

Ah ok. Im a programmer for a living and I was just being lazy I will look at some tutorials and see how you make these scripts then. Most of my experience is in c# so picking up java should be fun.

Botting runecrafting usually has a high ban rate like agility. it might be easier to make a runner script so you can trade the essence to your account you want to train RC on.

How does this make it safer? Sorry I am new. 

I was also banned on an older but F2P account for running a body rune script for 2 hours. Have heard it's a higher ban rate skill and not to my surprise it was. Just be extremely cautious when botting Runecrafting and Agility.

TBH the worst part is the one that got banned was my main. The only skill i lacked was rc and it is so hard to level up. I really didnt think 2 hours would get it.

rc is really high rate

even essence runners gets banned really fast.

Actually made a pure not long ago and went from level req for barb fishing - high 80's currently. Mad gains. My Ironman got banned for botting 5 hours at WT but the rest of the account was also heavily botted so it could have been anything. Still tho, continuing to bot on it for a lot smaller amounts and changing activities a lot more frequent now

So you do not have to bot on your main therefore you don't have a risk of ban as long as you run the runners on proxies so the IPs of those accounts and your main are not linked.
