There shouldn't be any other issues, as far as have brought to my attention. The fix for supporting more food has indeed received a lower priority over the last period, given that the vast majority of users is using lobsters anyways. Especially given the latest OSRS update to MTA; much less eating is required in the graveyard room than before. But please go ahead and send me a PM on discord about this, I'll then try to move this up the todo list.
