Your best bet is to contact a community mod through Twitter first. Explain that you know they get these messages all the time, but you'd never purposely harm game integrity or risk such a high level account, and ask for the appeal link. Managed to get a perm ban quashed after taking this method of appealing my account. Sometimes showing the extra effort and seeming genuine, will actually help you out. If you don't care about your account very much, I wouldn't bother though.

Try to appeal it, but if you bottd on your main ip and not a proxy or so chances are low to be unbanned

You got nothing to lose so why not try it.

wont get quashed if you appealed from same ip you autoclicked on
