Explain that you know they get these messages all the time, but you'd never purposely harm game integrity or risk such a high level account, and ask for the appeal link. Managed to get a perm ban quashed after taking this method of appealing my account. Sometimes showing the extra effort and seeming genuine, will actually help you out.
