I feel like even with the highly vouched guys you're still taking a risk... which you dont want on a 100% non botted acc

But the service provider would be responsible for the refund. Going with someone with a higher rep ur more likely to get the refund otherwise they risk getting banned. Only real service problem i had was somone stole some items off my acc while back and i didnt have pictures of them so i lost out. ( my fault for leaving a fury (or) instead of xfering to another acc till service done) 1
