Bought tutorial accounts and disputed via PayPal shortly after.

E-mail matched from OSBot to PayPal dispute, user has 24 hours to cancel the PayPal dispute and reply here or they will be banned.

I Wrote on their support live chat, telling them that some of the accounts were banned (prior to me logging on) and some logins did not work at all. I got no response within 2 hours.

The dispute on PayPal was for "Items not as described", Which is exactly what this was.

EDIT: I closed the dispute, but apparently that was the only way to get their attention.

@Naked while the user has requested that the dispute be closed, i do hope you get in touch with him to sort this out.
