Well first you need 100 post count before you can sell, but you wouldn't get near 450m with your rep.

Would rather try selling to "websites" to save your self a hassle. But generally. More rep, higher price.

P.S not fair to a point when i paid 500m for my osrs name when osrs was 1$ when ToB came out
