its mostly moss and grit. a good powerhose will remove most of it. a few need replacing tho so ill get on that when i next get to the garden centre

Gravel is great. sweep it up and you don't have to replace it. Be aware that pressure washing stone can make it actually less appealing sometimes, since it's basic concrete vs weathered look. Add a bird bath and a bench with a little staggered box garden for vegetables and you don't have to pressure wash a thing.

there's veg hanging on the house wall, bird bath would make the hunter skill 2 afk for my two cats. 

but yeah i know what you mean about washing it could look worse, but worth a try. 

just tidying her up to sell so wont put 2 much effort in.

took about 4 hours. under the tiles i lifted was a layer of concrete had to break it to remove it and plant bonemeal & compost to plant the tree and plants. 

not bad for a couple of hours will make the place easier to sell.
