It's more about being trusted. More feedback = more trust

Also, I'd pay like 15m max for an rs3 account like this (so would most people on this forum) no matter the trust. Rs3 is easily botted right now and it's so simple to get your skills up. The grind starts at post all 99/120

Okay i understand it, also the account was never botted and ha no offenses on it. I see that RS3 has value, thats why i dont need the account.
