If you're p2p , id say collecting mort myre fungus is a great money maker ... you just need nature spirit quest.

Strange suggestion, but I would suggest just buying gold instead of grinding gold without xp which often is best way to make money until you get decent stats if your goal is having nice account this would safe you a lot of time

If you're not botting, I recommend Herblore as you progress higher levels certain pots and herbs will be profitable.

U mean buying runes somewhere and selling them at GE? where should i buy them and what are most profitable?

The OSRS Wiki also has some decent beginner money makers. Give that a peek to see if they fit your criteria.
