When I try to purchase a script, PayPal is giving this message.

Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

 

I bought one a couple of hours ago with no issues. Any resolutions?

i had this problem awhile back i switched my pp from my card to my bank acc and it fixed it * idk if it's the same problem ur having or not

Make sure that your payment option is valid/enough funds

make sure billing info matches paypal info.

This has actually worked for me a while back. I accidentally put an extra character in the address and PayPal would decline it 

Make sure your PayPal is verified, you have to provide your id and ssn. All the checkout issues will go away. Sometimes when sending money to eastern countries aside from England there are issues but it'll work I promise.
