    I feel like it should just be made VERY CLEAR that they can be charged back, and maybe some sort of minimum feedback threshold set for allowing a user to sell them.

    Completely disallowing them is a bit harsh, but I'm not completely against the idea.

    The reason being is that SMS Pins are actually more expensive then gamecards, yet gamecards are completely safe for the buyer and seller while SMS pins have a high risk of chargeback. I don't see any good coming out of a one sided risk when it could be avoided all together for cheaper aswell, therefore I have added this rule.
