so i ordered a 83- 200 + qp order majority of the skills were done so order should of taken a week at most giving ample amount of time i have been getting the run around the whole time and basically he making it to where im locked in and have to wait till he gets around to it its been over 3 weeks and still not even the skills are done which i left him only 3 which were almost done 

 

i asked him about it and he sends this

at this point since its taking forever i just want the account back and hire someone else or do it my self which i will pay for only what he has done and has proof of

@Airborneaus Can you please provide a screenshot where an estimated time frame was given for the order?

Please refer to the other dispute regarding this order @Night, user was never told under one bond I said I’ll try my best to do it in under one bond and any further bonds I’ll re-imburse him for. I’m not providing any screenshots cause I’m in the hospital as my girlfriends been rushed for an operation to deliver our baby, orders taken today have been taken VIA workers. Again please look over the other dispute and close this one down, he was told it would take time and I don’t expect it to be cancelled for “the order taking too long” all this was said before the order was taken

Even look at his screenshot, it says I’ll do it in under one bond and re-imburse for any further. Can we close this and stop allowing him to open disputes against me as it’s affecting my reputation? Thanks

His other dispute where he was looking for any excuse he could to cancel the service.

Ignoring the bond for now, why are you delaying orders just because they want to use a MM for payment?

Not delaying mate, I told him before that if any orders come up with full payment paid they’ll go up the list to be completed first as they’re fully paid. I’ll search for this screenshot if required but I’m in the hospital at the minute. The order is being handled exactly how he was told it would be

Can’t actually find it must be in a group that’s now closed, anyway how does the user want to proceed for this to be closed? I’m more than happy to take payment for what’s already been completed and end the service now. I’m in hospital with my girlfriend as she got rushed in as an emergency to deliver our baby and even made him aware of this but he continued to open a dispute. Let me know how to proceed

Id like to apologise about this and lack of screenshots and replys from myself (i completed 99% of work done on the account). I was involved in a serious car accident over the weekend. 

 

Ive just gotten out so will provide screenshots via Tutislander.

Can i also dispute the fact that multiple times when logging onto the account. It had been moved. Or was logged in "earlier today" screenshots where sent to Mods i believe.

Also, more than 3 skills needed done.

Construction

Agility

Mining

Thieving

Smithing 

 

Those where the 5 skills i had to level to meet the reqs for DS2.

Agility needs another 20k Xp to complete to 60,

Mining is now almost to 68

Thieving was yet to be completed but was a 1 day task

Smithing and Construction where completed by me

 

He was aware i also work 60+ hour weeks. And that this would be completed in the time i had. Hence Tut islander saying Bond time plus reimbursement.

As of this moment, ive paused all work on this account. In the first dispute i was accused of botting. 

And with him logging on MULTIPLE TIMES, he breached TOS SOOOOOOOOOO many times.
