Check IP's PLEASE and i can provide my personal paypal screen shots or even screen share both my skype. People often login accounts with cracked passwords to pull scams on them. Does he have proof of my skype being used? I do have a banner that tells my skype. HE DOES NOT HAVE LOGIN TO MY SKYPE. So if he does have chat proof it is fake and forged.
