This is an AIO Fighter meant to kill most monsters in runescape. 
The Slayer script is for doing slayer specifically so it grabs tasks and what nto

Can I use this to train range/mage in Ape Atoll Dungeon?

So will it go to the monster in one click once you choose it?

The ~12 or so default monsters added will automatically go and kill those. For any other monster youll need to start it at the spot by starting it there or using Explv map to code it to walk there

If you want it to just sit there and drink prayer pots yes it will. It wont reset aggro for you though after 10 minutes

Did you select the option to attack the previous monster?

All the clicks are random  I can ensure you that it is not 10% accurate 

for upgrading, it states you need the items in your bank. PLEase start with them in your bank if you're going to use the upgrade feature as it doesn't but them from the GE
