well not for me, a while ago i got reset all stats back to 10 and bank gone.. botted it all up 24/7 day and night didn't get banned. Might only be me so see wha tother people say first before u bot lol

well the first time i got banned on 07 ( bot busting i started botting 1 day after being caught and got banned). "i was botting monks (combat not the fish)". and this time i got banned (bot busting) starting botting straight after and its been a week and im still not banned.

 

so i personally think they don't watch ur account. but it really is just 2 strikes and out so be careful lol. i hope that answered ur question somewhat

Maybe play legit for like 2 days.

Mod bans are manual.

It won't affect the automated bans so I doubt it will.

Seems like they'd put you on a list of flagged accounts. Or even flag your IP for botting

I got a perm ban 8 days after because I only took a 5day break.
