Uhhhhhhh, if you enter the monster names and tick AFK mode, it could work? But it won't drink overloads or absorption. Added trial anyway

When using a safe spot and having an area selection, the bot sometimes runs around in circles/walks randomly whilst waiting for the monster to spawn again. This causes the bot to delay autoing the monster as it spawns because its walking in circles and then has to return to the safe spot. Couldn't look more like a bot if i tried

Is the safespot within the area you defined?

It does not work well as expected as it staying till the combat potion totally drop then drink again not and does not drinking anti fire after it expire which let me get hits @ iron dragons
