I know that but does it make it more difficult for Jagex to detect bots?

I think you're missing the point here. To avoid detection you want to make your client as closely as possible act and look exactly like the Jagex RS Client, which OSBot does.

So Jagex can't tell the different between osbots client from the normal client?

No that's not correct they can tell if your logged into a 3rd party client. That's why we use mirror mode

Do you have any actual evidence of this, other than Jagex claiming they can detect it?

jagex cant tell you are in a botting client since you can play legit on one without a ban.
