Do Jagex have a support email re:bans now or is it just the link where you enter details etc for them to check over your account?

i've just done 5 accounts , fingers crossed get 1 unbanned.

I botted at the beginning of my iron (1-70 agil)... and got  2 day ban.. Botted PC for the first time last week that i've botted the account since the 2 day ban, and only did like 1/3 of the points I needed and got a perm ban. 90% barrows items, 4 99s, quest cape, 103 combat iron like 1700 total

Most accounts i appealed were banned in 2014-2015.  so hopefully they all get unbanned  got to be atleast 400m spread on all accounts need that for new build haha

if you botted on your home IP then this will not work 100%
You account must be banned on a Random / Proxy IP to have at least a chance to be unbanned.

Just got my pure unbanned because I went on a proxy the first time I botted on said account. Jagex said they saw 'unusual activity" on the account and accepted my appeal. If you switch to a new IP before botting you have a good chance of getting unbanned.

They have a unban appeal website where you type in your username/email associated with the account and then they will email you with their decision up to 28 days later.
