hey,

so I've been forever a MacBook user and now I've gone ahead and just purchased an HP, I'm wondering if I just bought a piece of shit.

thoughts?

I would not have bought it for the following reasons;

  • 1366 x 768 display
  • No significant graphics card (Not needed if only for school or something)
  • No Solid State Drive

It's a cheap laptop, though, so it makes sense.

for school. however, I will be on unescape a little. I don't think it can be any worse than my Macbook when it comes to Runescape! Mac is horrible.

Alek i was waiting on you Lmfao.

I'm not a fan of HP. I've owned one before. The specs are ok for the price. I do feel like you could've gotten a better deal though. And yeah I love having a SSD even on a laptop.

Yeah the laptop resolution should at least be 1920x1080 and laptops these days should always come with an SSD.

I'd check Newegg.com or Newegg.ca depending on your country. I buy lots of PC parts from them.

Ah okay, thought you were about to compare a $450 hp against a $1,500 Macbook.
