I'd do around 5-10 jads a day, hand done. After 35 jads, if no pet; i'd want another 300m. Same rules again and 300m/35 kills until I give up/you don't want to pay more.

3-6.5m per run is about right for this 

I'll do 3m per run can probably do 5-10 every afternoon 

7.5M per 1 kill, it's up to you if it'll take 1 attempt or 200 attempts, you can buy as many attempts as you wish, it's inposible to predict when you'll get pet if you'll get it at all so I'm not going to offer you any guaranteed deal for guaranteed pet.
