100 Accounts 10m each?

Edit: I've changed my setup after some thought. 60def/61 range accounts wanted from trusted members of this forum. I'm looking for someone who has been doing this for a while- not someone who simply wants to make some easy money.. This is because I want to be able to go to the same person for each new account I request. I don't want 100 accounts from 50 different people. I'll leave everything I said before up here.

 

Hey there, I'm new to the forum but I'm looking for someone reputable that has a history of making accounts on the forum. I wont go into too much detail but I plan to buy many many accounts from someone over time. The price I'm willing to pay is 10m per account, but don't worry I am not going to ask for anything too crazy I'm just extremely lazy. Don't get me wrong it will be work, but I don't need any quests done and depending on who you are... you may even be able to train the account on free to play. 

Like I said I know I'm new to the scene but please try to understand my terms:

1. No email register

2. You will trade me the account before I give you payment. OR we can use a trusted MM

3. The original password of the account will be of my choice. (You will decide user name)

4. No botting allowed to train the account. If I get banned on this thing super fast I will cry like a btch & everyone will know it's you're fault.

10m per account, we will trade them one at a time as you complete the accounts (when I request that you make more). In all honesty at some point I will probably need like 100 of these accounts made in the long run. Please understand that my terms are to protect my investment from those who have been using this website for much longer than myself. If you feel like you can accept my terms please contact me.

I dont know what mm is, at first glance im guessing it has something to do with someone else on the forum holding the payment so that when you give me the account they trade you?
