i bought the quests from tranquilo for 5m. The account was freshly made that day (last night) with a fresh 30 day membership. i hand ran tutorial island and killed chaos druids until i had a looting bag ending up with my only stats being 17 mage. Then he began his "service" doing the quests. He said he finished last night as i was asleep. i woke up to try to log in this morning and the account is banned for botting. 

30 days of membership and 14m bank gone. (14m includes the 5m i paid him.)

Unfortunately in cases like this it's one persons word against another, we are not Jagex and can not determine who if anyone botted or if the account was banned for using a flagged IP/Proxy.

So i can just offer services get accounts banned after taking there bank and your not jagex so you cant determine if it was me ?

Not quite, after a certain number of banned services staff takes action. I will consult with the other staff as @Tranquilo has had this problem before.

he just had a dispute with aqua for the same exact thing botting quests on a fresh account.

I’m at work now Will be home in 6 Hours i did service for a other guy the same Day i played on my acc same Day and noting happend to Them the guy was botting druids chaos

yea i must of been botting the chaos druids on mobile https://prnt.sc/kcf0rr this screenshot shows time/date before i let him on the account to bot his questing service

Does he own the script "stealth quester" and if he does can we have maldesto check the logs to see if he used it for this service?

After deliberation with the staff and receiving several reports of customers with similar experiences, we have agreed that @Tranquilo be placed in TWC and his services shut down until further notice. @Tranquilo will also be responsible for refunding @camley123 the 14m from this service. To those who contact staff with similar concerns about this user please file a dispute so we can handle a refund.

He is responsible for that too (equivalent to 2 bonds)

The user has screenshots of bank contents + membership lost + cost of service which is now useless since account is banned.

so i will be receiving 24m whenever he pays.
