If they don't have Dragon Slayer started then they aren't dragon killing bots anymore. If they do then they will probably be in demand.

    I believe it's partial completion, right? 60/60/60 with the ability to equip the anti-d shield.

    Not sure if its right up until the point you are given the shield or not though.

    but you could always just make range accounts and use them to safespot green/blue drags
