Assuming this was recent, @Krysler has re-joined recently and already started multiple hundreds of mills worth of accounts. 

It would make no sense for him to "hack" someone after 6 months, speculation of course. But yeah, @jesenican seems like you're in a bad spot.

all good i changed all possible password of emails, got account back lucky it got locked from Moderator and had bank pin...no more skype use for me.

Good to hear man. I would suggest setting up multiple emails to your Skype (that's what I have done, never been hacked)

i seted up auth guard,sms guard, so i hope it wont happen again, it was my own fault for bad security

The IP is most likely a proxy or VPN that the hacker used.
