8700k or rito, ez 2 additional hyperthreaded cores.

my 6700k can run 10 easy 32 gb ram needed as well

8700k is overkill imo, 

 

You can run more with -mem 256 :P

with that budget I doubt you're going to make any computer that can run 10 mirror clients, yet alone run any other games well that's going on. 

Im not seeing anything drastically wrong why do some believe my computer wont be able to handle
