The user is banned, you probably won't have much luck contacting them.

Yea I had the account for almost 8 months was recovered.

He scam quit and was banned for it, sorry but your account is most likely lost.

Well he gets on every 2-3 weeks to check on his account status so he must be active reading the forums.

Yes but he can’t post or do anything unless he gets on a new account.

And you think he’ll just pay you for it?

it's a rough life, same thing has happened to me with different user. You can try to get things banned/locked for them but not much else
